have followed PPP for 10+ years now...what an investment this would have been if they just distributed all the TUI profits to shareholders...but of course this would have been tax-disadvantageous for someone with big income, never mind the shareholders
the directors always treated this company as their own private vehicle financed by outside shareholders
the ineptitude of the board is staggering...when opportunities were bountiful during the crisis they sat on their cash box... now they decide to squander it all
this company is a great example of how much the board/directors matter in small companies
it would be an interesting exercise to calculate the total return on investment for someone who invested in the beginning to reap the rewards from TUI
this wasn't some high risk/high reward play...the TUI field was already there when PPP got spun off from NZO...the entire field and its profits have been wasted
