Gor share price has done nothing for 3 years .This is despite having a producing asset(Gruyere)and a rise in the POG. This is primarily because of having a lot of money tied up in an asset thats going nowhere for years (DEG). I think GOR management must have bought DEG expecting it would be taken over and they would make a tidy profit .obviously not going to happen,DEG is going alone and its costing GOR a lot of thier cash flow. The recent DEg offering is one of the biggest I have ever seen in 40 yrs investing something like 500 million shares sold.This will create an enormous overhang over the market as prior owners who bought at 1.10 will sell into the market and make a short term tidy profit . How long this overhang lasts is anyone’s guess since the offering was an enormous number of shares.
