ive never understood why people clamour for a takeover of a producer.
for a developer or explorer it makes sense and is arguably the main goal as it helps avoid dilution and capital raising to develop their projects
for gor that is making cash, why wouldnt we want to reap the benefits of that cashflow in a high gold price environment instead of cashing out to the first company that offers us a 10% premium?
what gor does with that cash is what should be the important discussion.
