What is going on, hardly moved in price in the last several years and yet gold is up significantly.
What are the odds on a bidder coming in over the top of GOR, if DEG have had a data room open for the last year or so and no bids are forthcoming from any of the majors then it would appear the market is seriously discounting GOR for a massive dilutive equity raise to pay for say an additional 30% of DEG which they don't own.
Any other comments, some have said the cost structure of GOR which is a non operator needs to be looked at which is also a fair point especially if DEG does get a bid from a major.
GOR needs to do better that is for sure.
