Many gold stocks,And especially silver stocks are performing extremely well right now.DEG and GOR significantly underperforming the market.I read that DEG has committed to spending another 17 million over the next 3 years to further explore Egina in a jv with NVO which has been a total clunker. Also will have to do something with Ashburton soon with another clunker KZM.Due to the relentless cash burn rate ,delays in permitting and excessive spending on peripheral projects it is inevitable that DEG will run our of money before the plant is built.Another cash raise will clearly be necessary and GOR will have to cough up more of its cash.GOR is valued at 2 billion AU and its not worth it.Many many better prospects for making money out there .If you subtract Gors investment in DEG which is dead money you get half a gold mine for 1.5 billion, and a dividend that is minuscule.DEG is overvalued relative to peers by about 100%.
