Generally speaking, there is not enough funds in the insurer reserves to cover that amount to every deposit account, so essentially the insurer would go bankrupt very quickly. Depositor's are on the bottom of the list of creditors to pay if a bank goes bust. Central banksters owe 100 trillion in derivatives alone (off balance sheet loans). Next year payback is due so expect at least one big bank to fall starting an even bigger lehmann event.
