i don't think we will see dividends for a long time.
Regardless of the outcome of the court case, mcphilamys will go ahead. It made sense when the price of gold was half what it is now, so they will find a way to make it work.
my guess is that if we hit $5 a share they will do a cap raise to pay for half of it.
