they aren't going to mothball it with prices this high, they won't sell it either without approvals in place because they would get stuff all for it.
The only realistic option is to keep going with it, if they could get all the approvals sorted I reckon we would get taken over pretty shortly after.
The idea that divs will be flowing soon seems unlikely, perhaps a token div of a couple of cents to keep people happy, but with all the debacle of previous debt and hedging etc. I really can't see them emptying the bank account for divs
