    In hindsight this should have been at $2 from the time the first announcement was released - however as my broker has pointed out to me the market was wanting confirmation. He has been recommending this to all his high net worth clients and will be buying up heavily today - this i form the horses mouth 10 minutes ago. By the was he values ELK alot higher than INP.
