    the DOW up another 3% last night in the biggest two day jump since 1987

    might be a bit early to say but it appears that we could have bottomed

    if we have, then if any company was thinking about taking over another company now would probably be the best time to do it

    we could see a move on OZL

    or OZL might move on someone else of course.
