The only way we can hit 2.00 if OZ is being taken over.
I think such a big jump would require a considerable short covering rally. Or a big fundamental change in the way market is viewing OZL.
I for one would be quite excited if we can see this level being hit because the technicals would be markedly improved. Also - what are the current views of commodities going forward. With weaker A$ vis a vis - this would certainly boost OZl bottom line.
Monday is looking pretty good. Now that we have news about naked short selling ban in Australia. I think there were still some short selling going on yesterday...
Does anyone know how this would impact short selling via CFDs? Would people still be able to short sell OZ through IG Markets or CMC.
