The big question to be answered is how tightly is the stock held.We know that the Top 20 holds 60% of stock from the last Annual Report (how different the landscape is now is anyone’s guess, however I’d be punting that it hasn’t changed much). 72% of stock is held by 55 people (not many)….
And since this report we know that stock has been changing hands to both early holders in HC and people in the agriculture sector (who probably have a long term view).
If 75% of stock is with people with a long term view….then this locks out 48 million (21 million in escrow until 10th October 2008) of the 64 million shares.This only leaves about 16 million shares to trade up...not alot considering we traded 15.7 million shares last week alone (how many shares traded hands twice/three times last week?)
The big question is how many people have a long term view but also how successful A.D’s presentations have been in attracting brokers to the stock.
