I too agree with Mikey26. I've also been there waiting n waiting for one lower price step, then end up buying for a few more price steps within hours. i placed my order for 13c b4 mkt open and traded at 2pm. All happy now!!
I see >15c very soon too...
Have held PEN for over a year when it was 4c, fianlly had $$ to top up too, though its 3 times pricier!! =)
