    double dragonfly happened on a stock i owned about 3 or 4 weeks ago and it shot up quite strong over next couple days.. so i can vouch for what HS. is saying from personal experience quite bullish.. PENOC looking attractive at 10.5 imo, might sell a stray dog tomoro and OC it up
