foulie, I haven't kept up with who provides both. etrade was one of the first but now it seems that many provide it if you ask, at least with their webiress programs. I haven't checked the chi-x site. You always get the best depth and trade quotes from brokers imo (not delayed) so if you look around for another, just ask them if they provide both before you sign up.
