Just read the announcement that Adultshop is giving 1 10c option for every 2 shares held. Effective immediately. A total of 152+ Million additional options will be issued exercisable prior to 30/6/06. The exercise price is 10c. So not far off the money.
They say its to reward shareholders. Thank you in fact it does that quite nicely thank you. If all options are exercised the company will achieve an extra $15m+ in capital.
What effect on shareprice tommorrow. I havent the foggiest never happened to me before. But Ive heard of other companies issuing bonus shares and it was a major fillip to the shareprice. So heres hoping.
