Go for it mate, I am a couple years older than you, and have plowed $100k into OBJ and am waiting on good things to happen. I first bought into OBJ around your age and was single too at the time. I sleep very well at night knowing my money is parked in a good spot.

Like you said, worst case we both lose some money, but plenty of years to make that up!
