Well in theory yes, technically no, the share price exploded about a week before the P&G announcement, and then OBJ did a trading halt and made the announcement etc.. so obviously some inside information was passed on / someone buying who was already in the know.
But I suppose for the sake of this argument, the share price exploded on official/acquired knowledge of the P&G agreement
