    So with the last close at $0.26, and 2 for 5 at $0.16 does that imply $0.04 of value per share until they go ex-rights - meaning sp should go to A$0.30 all else being equal?

    What erks me is they are still talking to ECE, so want up money but still hand over company to ECE..

    Note - sentiment none until I get my head around this!
