Rubbish. I'm very happy with it. The offer is to current shareholders and is as good as a divvy. I'll buy more today and I'll take up the offer. The rights are tradeable so anyone not wanting to take them up will be able to cash them in. The oppie holders lose out.
It was always going to be necessary for more capital raising. This is the best outcome possible for existing shareholders.
