We'd all like to be optimistic in these matters(and maybe naive too) but this stuff is too important to have a she'll be right attitude about.
The hard part is weeding out any extremists, the harder part is what to do with them once they have citizenship and decide to turn on us. The Sydney riot was just a taste of their attitude here.The european riots are a hint of where we could end up.
