Things can only change if you get rid of the incompetents in charge of this circus of a company.
Sadly overpaid Boards and Executives on lucrative contracts are difficult and expensive to eradicate!
When the changes happen it may be worth revisiting, but a new business model is also required because generics is a shit business.
