Yes of course couldn't agree more especially a CEO paid calculated total annual compensation A$2,509,025 shareholder investors have every right to expect a lot more from him , the chairman included , ordinary shareholders kept in the dark too long . CEO and Chairman doing from what I can see pretty much next to nothing to show they care and value the shareholders in the company . The future's important ( growth) but so is the present and as for long time holders ( still holding ) deep in red are simply living in hope the share price improves somewhat soon . Mayne CEO paid extremely well ( for a company this size) not just to look after those employed by the company and themselves of course ( share options etc) but also the fully paid up ordinary shareholder , investors helping support the company .
