advisor - I wouldnt blame the shareholders if they feel a little suss .. i have been in TIS since 2008 and buying more at the time and price i thought right. I know holding a biotech can be painful till the dotted lines are signed and have more than 2 such stocks in my portfolio at the momemnt where weeks have become months .. quaters and years. But still holding.

The shareholders may feel a little dissapointed because end of March was said in atleast 7 formal communications. The last time TIS failed to meet a deadline (UK trials) they informed the shareholders in advance. Each time the deal deadline was postponed in the past, the shareholders were informed much in advance.

All the nervy shareholders want to know is what sort of progress we have. I am pretty sure shareholders who have held TIS for "fundamental reasons" would be pretty wrapped just knowing that negotiaons are going on to secure the best deal for the shareholders.

Thankfully i am not a nervy shareholder - but would certainly want some formal announcement.

    My sentiment - STRONG BUY

    My 2c only - DYOR
