Settle down everybody. I do not believe that there is no precedent for a TH extension. The practice is that if negotiations/documentation of a market sensitive deal takes longer then the stock goes into a temporary suspension. If this deal is as important as it seems then it would be expected that documentation and approval of Boards in different hemispheres will take more than two days. It could take a week or more.
