    I was at the June extraordinary general meeting Perth too - I think you may be referring to that vic2252 - and I recall the Chairman saying that a USA listing in about 2 years (from then) could be in prospect. I don't recall anything being said about a HK listing. Did you note that the Tiag Ge Interactive prospectus for their HK listing was a staggering 534 pages?!!
