Warderley are to produce QVT and static security devices for Quiktrak......from the release and NO mnetion of base stations.

My understanding is QTK will build the base stations.

That being said........and depending on the quantity of base stations required.....its highly possible base station manufacture may be outsourced.

i think in the first instance........QTK have to get the Beijing project operational and begin transponder deliveries.......which will fund any future network rollouts.

i think we need to see one before we move to the next level.

which goes back to Ratmans two issues which shareholders and the market want to see this phase begun first.
