I think the comparison to Teflon is significant. I can remember when cooking gear first started getting coated in it wondering why I'd pay more for something when what I had worked fine... now it's everywhere. I think graphene will go through a similar growth of being in high-end products and gradually becoming stock-standard. Though being more expensive than Teflon it could take longer.
MC of $1bn, sure, but it's going to get there gradually.
