The only people who'd bother coming into a specific forum to throw mud at holders would be someone who has been burned. He might not say it, but I could guarantee this is probably someone who bought ATH, and lost a heap on the way down. Why else would you go into a forum and bag out people, devoting your energy into something completely irrelevant. Why not go into some other share price that has tumbled ~30% today and snark and laugh?
TLDR; Dude obviously lost money, now hanging around, getting excited/schadenfreude every time the price drops
