Lind want the share price to be below 8 cents and around 6 cents for both parties to agree to Lind converting their debentures in mid Feb. Quite simple, and Lind also wanted no shareholders exercising any options. It is going to play as planned.
If the quarterly report is good, which it will be, there will be a lot of trading to keep the share price under 6.5 cents until mid Feb so Lind can convert at a decent price to make a profit. Hopefully retail and maybe a big investor can change this program.
The recent rise in the gold price was not in BLK or Lind"s best interest which means on recent volume this stock could short squeeze above 8 cents. And Lind will have to pay a full 8 cents to convert their debentures. Let us hope so.
