I for 1, am extremely happy with the bonuses. They are linked to transaction volume, which is directly liked with profit, and with the company emerging cash flow positive.

first bonus would need the company to increase volume from 30-35 to 40-45 million in the next 2 quarters, or it won't be paid... Or about 30% profit growth per quarter.

4 million worth of other performance rights were cancelled. Because Don stepped down I guess, I am guessing theses will be re- offered to the new CEO as soon as targets are in place.

and the other rights that will be offered to the new CEO, details of which will not be finalized until 2020, but it gives an indication of what they are trying to do.


another way to look at it is, at current cash burn rate, they will be cash flow positive in 6 quarters, if they achieve 30% growth per qurter.
