"The rights were subject to the company achieving merchant transaction volumes of $150 million this calendar year. Splitit reported transaction volumes totalling $34.4 million for the first half."

My view is if they are predicting $150m sales by the end of this year good luck to them - a fantastic target (they deserve $2m) and shows how confident they are in the product. If they turn around and reduce the $150m target it tells me they are just developing rules on the fly to make sure they get their commissions.

To go from $34m to $150m is a huge leap but they think they can do it. Watch this space!!!
