    You are underestimating the value of this stock.
    They are building rds and infrastructure and port ready for major offload and that costs alot of money if they have done all this for a meezley $6 mil return.
    Coal fe have only uncovered a fraction of coal reserves on thier land and will most probably Use cash for further exploration so no cash borrowing needed.
    Pls dyo research as this is omo
