I'd not be entirely surprised if this buyer is not Nth Sound. Anyone who was around in November would have noticed that Nth Sound would pull their bids off at the close of trading ... this bid appears to be sitting overnight. Could be wrong, but the behaviour doesn't seem to be North Sound'ish.
One possible reason behind these bids could be the re-weighting of the All Ords index? Full replication funds may be looking to get themselves positioned prior to the index being reweighted next Friday?
