The lack of "events subsequent" notice as Lory so rightly points out, leaves this matter open, until clarified by either company in an ASX announcement.

I feel RRS holders should insist that an announcement is made that clarifies this matter rather than relying on "private" communications with a shareholder.

As we know from other companies in the group private communications most often turn out to be incorrect.
