As previously stated, I can only offer what was communicated to myself, and have done so, clearly stated other than Peters Landau direct communication to myself, I have seen no statement of accounts to prove payment, and as stated, do not expect to until the current financial period is reported.
And yes I agree, would love to see this issue put to bed via an official RNS announcement, but wouldnt hold my breath waiting for it.
Being an item of significance for CCC, yep I agree, but as we all know only to well of this group, its open to interpretation as we have seen in the past, and we all know CCC holders will scream blue murder about this particular payment being repaid, considering CCC current cash position, all be it, unjustified as it has fallen due and was past due.
All this confusion only adds to the fact that the loan should never had been granted in the 1st place, between related parties IMHO!
