RSG, gold and Old man river

one must never complain when one makes profit.

I accumulated RSGPA back then in the good-old-days and together with my RSG at the time have made a handsome 156.5% return to date.

Incidently I have reduced my RSG position by nearly half.

I hope you faired just as good or better because healthy exchange of views does help, provided one does weed out the rubbissh that some people put on here.

With RSG, one has to consider their hedge book to June-2002. It is under water by AUD$8m approximeatly and this is a woorysome.

Also I consider that gold has to head toward the US$340/oz level to justify current valuation and perhaps to hit US$370/oz before the stock can trade in the $1.30-$1.40 range adjusted for 10cents capital return.

RSG is by far undervalued compare to its peers so sticking with RSG is I consider a safer bet.

Notwhithstand the hipe in the price of gold, better value has been indentified elsewhere and that is where I commence puting my winnings from RSG.
