    Personally I think they have hit pay dirt, but I guess you never know until its final.

    But there is no reason for them to raise capital pre 105 ann if it is good news

    Therefore if they decide to raise capital (which again I don't believe they will) the only conclusion I see is that the news is not good

    Here's hoping its commercial
