Lordlean I dont think UPM is a JV partner .They just shut down Myllykoski in Finland yesterday - 400 out the door - and a whole bunch of paper machines to freeze or be packed off to India - China . M Real just announced closure of their double coated paper machine in Finland as well 2 days ago . Finland is soon a paperless place quite ironic. Stora announced another huge carton mill investment for China as well as their big jvs in South America in Chile .UPM is more likely to do a deal in Uruguay again. Why come to Oz with all its high costs and screwed up government Carbon Tax etc and crazy energy prices .
