My forecast
The con note cash will be burned up without any tangible result and the note holders will be granted the remainder of the co shares and from there progress to doing something that they want to do but have not yet disclosed.
(I disclose that I have no idea of the terms of the con note nor know if it has been disclosed -such is my interest in this carcass)

I have been a holder for well over a decade and this has been an abysmal train wreck from the original promises.
zero results, pathetic information flow and world class failure.
