The Angolans understandbly want to downplay what is happening whilst the country is in election mode , so it is difficult to disseminate information .
I am delighted that CityView has passed the work programme burden on to Pensador : money is pouring out from Pensador into the Angolan operations , and Global have been helping them with a portion of this
