I see everyone here is working overtime trying to figure this one out. You can be as logical as you like, but the reality is that unless you are in the inner circle, you are at a hiding to nothing for the very fact that you are starved of information. But enough of the doom and gloom, it may be a good thing.

I work in senior management, and sometimes it is to the staff's (or shareholders in this case) best interest that certain information is witheld. Particuarly when the details of which may significantly effect several departments positively or negatively. Sometimes too much information is dangerous, or vice versa.

In this case, I can tell you that given the lack of shareprice movement, there is no leaky boat. There are those of you who may say that you cant avoid a leaky boat, well I beg to differ.

Those in the inner circle are very well aware of whats happening outside. Unfortunately they are balancing the needs of the company against the requirements of prospective customers.

In dealing with several companies, the inner circle will be tighter than a fish's proverbial when it comes to releasing information. Why??? In a war analogy, when you are fighting Germany, dont tell a potential enemy your battle plans. That may get used against you.

What I can deduct from this is that yes, we are at the whim of these companies, but dont thing for a second that the inner circle isnt setting up very tight guidelines on our own side. If the product is that amazing the only goings on behind the scenes will be trying to flesh out an agreement that matches both parties expectations.

    Food for thought
