It was the SA government that put the moratorium on Karoo .
Serec were not in this for a P and D gas play in Texas and owe YOU nothing .
This sort of crap goes on everywhere .
High risk high reward .
Get over it and stop blaming others for your losses . Take it to ASIC and all you will get is a headache .
Put your effort into finding another RISK and go for it .
