I think it would be helpful if either a significant shareholder or the Board if they have the courage called an EGM and explained what has happened, what they are doing about it and put the whole Board up for re election and let the shareholders decide.
Before that they could discuss amongst themselves if as a group they believe anyone amongst them shouldn’t stand and also if the CEO is staying or going.
I expect the majority of the Directors would be re elected rarely is a full board spilled and then those remaining could move on and execute against the plan they outline.and if the CEO still has there confidence and why outlining what he has done and doing or that he is departing. At the moment we are dying by a thousand cuts.
