3. Tinker with the existing plant and try to get it to work as they believed it would when the DFS/FID was signed off.
I don't think that will ever happen again. They didn't manage to do it in 2 years, despite staff reinforcements, and in my opinion nothing will happen in the future either.
There must be a 100% turn:Either DMS or stop production and delivery to OMH.
