I don't know if it's really Justin that's the problem.
it seems most of the team is old crusty blokes. I've worked with plenty before and they never really kick any significant goals and don't tend to do any work themselves. They typically rely on consultants or smart youngsters to get the job done for them.
I think they need some young blood in the Senior team who actually has the analytical ability to analyze the situation and propose solutions on how to get them out of the mess they're in. It really isn't that hard.
Then inform the shareholders on the outcome.
