There are a number of things I find of concern in yesterdays announcements:
1. "anticipation of the retail launch of Intelliheart later this year"
this suggests a delay to the much touted Sigma deal. it could mean the deal is far from complete?
2. "Cardanal Predictive Index (CPI), had entered the second stage of implementation and would be integrated into Intelliheart in the near future."
will the CPI need to be intergrated before the retail launch?
3. Allan Blood, a director, disposes of 41,225,745 ordinary shares approximately 36% of his holding
4. Why have the 2 largest shareholders sold significant amounts of shares in the last month?
