2 party preferred and other questions

If I could suggest, Eagle and others debating the 2 Party Preferred issues, etc, should look up the "Anthony Green Election Blog", and the index there explaining the current state of 2nd Preference Results.

This Blog answers just about any question any of us may have on these recent election issues.

This number is not yet final - and indeed will not be final until after the writs are issued Green tells us. As Gillard chooses to ignore it anyway - no good arguing about it. She likes it when it's her way - and ignores it when it's not.
Huge Greens preferences to Labor as part of this backroom "deal" have skewed it massively this time anyway!

It has "surged ahead" at present for Labor because of the sudden inclusion of a few certain seats' results which were not included to date for obtuse reasons which Green can explain. All very complex, but this is all detailed on this excellent blog if anyone has the time or interest.

Saves more "you dids - you didn'ts" time wasting, I feel.

The facts are what they are - and the result is what it is.
Like it or lump it - whomever you voted for.

No arguing the Coalition still got over 700,000 more first past the post votes. Would have won the Melbourne Cup!

And that equals 9 packed full MCG's of people! An awful lot preferring the Coalition as first party of choice.

    Cheers. Hope this helps!
