I was a bit surprised reading to read in the AFR earlier that Mastercard has also previously signed a deal with Latitude Financial services in Australia, to offer a BNPL product. Seems like these Visa, Mastercard BNPL deals aren't exclusive. It takes the shine off the announcement a little for me I guess, knowing there are others working to develop a Mastercard or visa card based BNPL product. Having said this, SPT's got pretty good momemtum and I wouldn't be surprised if it keeps heading north. Market cap is still low relative to bigger players. If the market stays strong, it's hard to see SPT going down much. Good luck punters.
