That guy very recently commented on a video that he had was interested in NVX and would like to present it as an investment option to chinese buyers. That seems like a very different sentiment to the one presented in the comment (as an insider with special knowledge). While the predictions could well come true I don't necessarily trust them. Grain of salt seems appropriate.
